Don’t let anyone else dictate your day; If you’re having a rough one then it’s okay;
Don’t worry about how bad you’re feeling at the time; If you are tired, in pain, take a break, rest for a while;
Don’t let other people make you feel guilty; If you can’t do it, you just can’t do it, it’ll be alright;
Don’t let others say you are just fine; If you are hurting, accept it and go with it because only you know;
Don’t let those around you get you down, take a deep breath, try a smile and go on your way;
Finally, don’t let others try to diagnose your illness, standup say I have RA and It’s Okay.
