Getting a good night’s sleep is hard to do when you’re in pain.  Have you just laid in bed and found yourself counting the areas of pain i.e. in your fingers, your feet or your wrist.  I found myself doing that last night and it started off with me thinking that my finger was hurting, then another area of pain and another.

Do you ever go through that and then find yourself worrying about waking up your family by tossing around so much. You can’t sleep, you can’t stop thinking about what’s hurting and how you can make the pain stop. Well that’s stressful on you and that makes it worst for you. Then in turn you do feel your worst and you find that you don’t want to worry your family with what you’re going through so it feels like a “vicious circle”.

Feeling pain constantly can bring you down, make you sad and cut you off from what you need most and that’s the support of your love ones.  Having that support is such an uplifting thing when the going gets rough and or rougher. So while we lay there in pain and wonder about our situation, hopefully there is someone that can give you the thing that you need the most the next day when you rise SUPPORT.
